Orthognathic surgery is needed when jaws don’t meet correctly and/or teeth don’t seem to fit with jaws. Teeth are straightened with orthodontics and corrective jaw surgery repositions a misaligned jaw. If you read the reviews, there is practically no bad reviews. The reason for that is that there is nothing bad to say. These people are the ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE BEST! I had all top teeth and one wisdom tooth pulled in about 20 minutes. When they called me back, terrified when I got into the chair, the girls had me so relaxed, I was actually looking forward to getting the teeth out, as the pain I was experiencing before the surgery was nothing to the surgical experience!
